CRO, SLOVENIAN HEALTH MINISTERS HOLD TALKS

ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - Health Care for Croatian retirees who have earned their pensions in Slovenia and which has been narrowed to only first aid due to unpaid Slovenian debts, could be normalized tomorrow, Croatian and Slovenian Health Ministers Andrija Hebrang and Bozidar Voljc said on Wednesday. After a meeting of the ministers' delegations, Croatia's Hebrang said that the Croatian side had submitted to Slovenia an exact account of their claims. The Slovenian government would respond immediately, so that the Croatian government could begin resolving the issue at Thursday's session, Hebrang said. Slovenia's Bozidar Voljc stressed that his country's debts were retraceable to April 1994, adding that claims from the period before had been settled. (hina) lm jn 031700 MET jul 96
