ZAGREB, May 16 (Hina) - Croatian deputy premier Jure Radic on
Thursday received representatives of Croats who had fled Bosnia-
Herzegovina and representatives of the Croat Republic of Herzeg-
Bosnia.
Deputy premier of the Croat Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, Pero
Markovic, held that the behaviour of the federal partner and the
Serb part of Bosnia did not instill security in a speedy return of
refugees and the existence of Bosnian Croats outside the Herzeg-
Bosnian area.
Bosnian Croat representatives held that the electoral
regulations did not encourage the return, either.
Radic supported the right of refugees to return to their
homes.
He said that Croatia offered temporary or permanent
accommodation in its recently liberated areas to those refugees and
displaced persons who wanted it.
