Bosnia-Herzegovina is already conducting such a trial against
FRY, with high prospects that FRY will be convicted. This should
consequently also provide conditions to charge Serbian President
Slobodan Milosevic as the most liable person for the Serbian
aggression on Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Separovic said.
Separovic and Cekic said that they have pressed charges
against Milosevic at The Hague Tribunal with evidence of his
liability for the aggression.
