ZAGREB, May 3 (Hina) - Croatian Victimological Society president
Zvonimir Separovic said on Friday he would propose to the Croatian
parliament and government to take legal action against Serb-led
Yugoslavia for genocide and aggression against Croatia.
"I believe that the initiation of legal proceedings against
the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is the right way to achieve
justice and a just end to the war," Separovic told a press
conference in Zagreb.
Separovic said that he and Smail Cengic, director of the
Sarajevo institute for crimes against international law and
humanity, had filed a suit with the International Criminal Tribunal
in The Hague against Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic.
Separovic added that he had expanded the suit against Bozidar
Vucurevic and others who had committed crimes in the Dubrovnik area
of southern Croatia.
