IFOR spokesman in Sarajevo Simon Haselock said that the
portable rocket launchers were found east of Doboj and that they
would be seized because the Serbs refused to relocate them to a
designated area even after a warning by the IFOR.
The confiscated weapons would be destroyed, Haselock said.
He refused to say to what degree the Bosnian parties have
fulfilled their commitments on the withdrawal of their forces to
barracks and relocation of heavy weapons after the expiry of the
D+120 deadline. Haselock added that the final estimation would be
known after tomorrow's meeting between IFOR ground force commander
Michael Walker and commanders of the Croatian Defence Council
(HVO), Bosnian army and Bosnian Serb army.
