ZAGREB, April 5 (Hina) - The Cardinal Archbishop of Zagreb, Franjo
Kuharic, today offered his condolences to US Ambassador Peter
Galbraith on the death of U.S. Commerce Secretary Ron Brown,
passengers and the crew of the Air Force plane that crashed near
Dubrovnik on Wednesday.
"This tragedy has aggrieved your homeland, America; it has
also aggrieved Croatia. It is particularly painful for the families
of the victims. Please tell them that I feel for them in their
grief and will be praying for them," Cardinal Kuharic said.
