the president of the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress,
Newt Gingrich, on occasion of the tragic death of a U.S. delegation

"We share the pain and grief of the great loss with the
members of Congress and the people of the United States.
We will remember the good-humored and smiling leader of the
delegation, highly esteemed Minister Ronald Brown, as well as all
other members who accompanied him. We will always remember them as
friends," the letter said.
