Speaking of reasons for the postponement, Ljubic said that the
Federation government, as an authorized law maker, had not
submitted the material and bills, which it was supposed to have
done by 25 March.
Besides, the President and the Deputy President of the
Federation, Kresimir Zubak and Ejup Ganic, had asked for the
session to be postponed due to their full schedules, Ljubic said.
The central item of the agenda will be the political and
safety situation in the Bosnian Federation two years after the
promulgation of the Constitution. Zubak and Ganic are to make
opening speeches.
Ljubic stressed that as a chairman of the Constitutional
Assembly, he was not satisfied with what has been accomplished in
the past two years. He said that it took much too long for
government bodies to be organized at all levels.
