The four persons had kidnapped two men on Monday at 2.00 pm
near the Ero hotel (where the EU Administration is situated) and
took them to the Bijeli Brijek hospital. During the trip and when
they got to the destination, the two men had been molested,
threatened with a knife and then robbed of their money, the
statement said.
The department's Captain Werner Stock and the Assistant to the
Chief of the western Mostar police, Zdravko Culjak, had joined
efforts to identify, follow and arrest the suspects, the statement
said.
