MOSTAR, March 9 (Hina) - The Herzeg-Bosnian House of Representative late this afternoon ended its two-day session by adopting a decision on gradual transfer of civil authority functions of Herzeg-Bosnia to the bodies of authority of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The decision takes effect on the day of its adoption. #L# The Herzeg-Bosnian House of Representatives also adopted reports by the President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kresimir Zubak, and the President of the Presidential Council of Herzeg-Bosnia, Ivan Bender, on political and security situation in Herzeg-Bosnia. The representatives stressed their dissatisfaction with the way the federal partner was taking over authority in Sarajevo suburbs. It was necessary for Croats from Bosanska Posavina that the free Orasje area be linked with Odzak and that the Sava bridge between Slavonski Samac and Bosanski Samac be put under Federation's control just as it had been envisaged by the Dayton agreement, representatives from Bosanska Posavina said. The representatives also accepted the conclusion which obliges the Presidential Council and the Government of Herzeg-Bosnia to immediately establish the status of Croats and their institutions in Republika Srpska as well as to establish difficulties in the newly-liberated areas which are under Croatian Defence Council (HVO) control as regards their institutional linking with Herzeg- Bosnia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. It was also necessary to establish difficulties in the organisation of new municipalities, the representatives agreed . The House of Representatives elected Bozo Rajic and General Zivko Budimir new members of the Presidential Council instead of former members Dario Kordic and General Tihomir Blaskic.
