The controlling interest in Koncar was held by the Croatian Privatization Fund, with Siemens as the second largest shareholder. The rest of the DEM 400-million equity was held by small shareholders. Koncar's corporate income in 1995 amounted to more than 360 mil. DM which was 8% more than in 1994, Srb said, adding that exports accounted for 40% of the total amount. The projected corporate income for 1996 totalled 412 mil. DM, of which 160 mil. (30% more than last year) were expected export proceeds.
