today, Western European police spokesman, Howard Fox, told a press conference in Mostar today.
MOSTAR, March 1 (Hina) - Joint police forces, consisting of
policemen from Croatia, Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and
western and eastern Mostar police forces, accompanied by
interpreters, started patrolling the City of Mostar today, Western
European police spokesman, Howard Fox, told a press conference in

The patrols would work in four shifts, 24 hours a day, Fox
said. Seventy people would work in each shift. There would be six
patrols, consisting of seven members and the rest would be
detectives for special assignments and local police station
observers.
The patrols would use in Western European police vehicles, Fox
said, adding there that was a possibility that the policemen would
patrol on foot as well. Two patrols were deployed in the central
city district and two were deployed in western and eastern parts of
Mostar each, Fox said.
