MOSTAR, Feb 20 (Hina) - Bosnian government official Tuesday warily

Hebib however voiced dissatisfaction over delay, since the
patrols instead at 12:00 hours as scheduled, started only at about
3 p.m.
He also voiced regrets that the patrols toured only the city's
central district instead of whole Mostar, adding he would discuss
the possible gradual widening of the patrols at his meeting with
European Union administrator Hans Koschnick, scheduled for
Wednesday.
Questioned on the incident which had occurred at a check-point
between the two city halves, Hebib described it as "a minor one".
"The incident was probably caused by some citizens who were
hasty to see their relatives from the opposite side, on (the Moslem
feast of) Bairam. They did not know that the patrols had been
delayed," Hebib said.
