"The police units which today entered Vogosca are not proper
federal police, since they are exclusively comprised of Moslems. It
is crucial that the Federal police force include officers from
Croatia and Croatian Herzeg-Bosnia. Federal police should be
constituted on a parity basis. Only such an approach ensures the
return of Croat refugees to Sarajevo and its suburban
municipalities," Zoran Maric of the Busovaca-based HDZ said.
