Rukavina recalled that Serbia had still not recognised Croatia
in its internationally recognized borders. Serbia should not be
allowed to join the international community until it recognised
Croatia, handed over war criminals Karadzic and Mladic, stopped
with terror in Kosovo and accepted just distribution of the
property of the former Yugoslavia, the letter said.
