"It was again asked that everything agreed in Dayton be
implemented within agreed time limits," Prlic said.
Explaining the agreement on Sarajevo, Prlic said that "rights
of Croats in Sarajevo and their participation in the city police
and authorities have been ensured".
Speaking of displaced persons' return, Prlic said that
cooperation by the Croatian side had been emphasized for Jajce and
Stolac, but that the situation was most difficult in Bugojno.
"The Moslem side was asked to fulfill its duty on the return
of Croats to Bugojno," Prlic said.
He declined to corroborate the information released by a
Sarajevo-based news agency ONASA, saying that eastern Mostar Mayor
Safet Orucevic had resigned from his post.
"During our return from Rome yesterday he didn't say he had
mulled the possibility", Prlic said.
