ZAGREB, Feb 23 (Hina) - The Croatian Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications, Zeljko Luzavec, Friday received representatives of the Union of the Croatian Post and Telecommunications (HPT) Workers, the Coordination
of HPT workers' unions and the State HPT Workers' Union, a statement from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications said.

Affairs, Transport and Communications, Zeljko Luzavec, Friday
received representatives of the Union of the Croatian Post and
Telecommunications (HPT) Workers, the Coordination
of HPT workers' unions and the State HPT Workers' Union, a
statement from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and
Communications said. #L#
The HPT Union's Secretary-General Josip Pupic, Coordinator
Davor Hrstic and other representatives of the unions conveyed to
Luzavec all disputable issues on a branch collective agreement on
which the Government negotiating committee and the unions failed
to agree.
Luzavec conveyed the stance of the Croatian Government that
"negotiations will continue so that a collective agreement could
be agreed on, without questioning workers' rights," the statement
said.
Other disputable issues the union representatives had
presented were a matter the unions and the HPT Administration
should deal with together, the statement said.
Today's talks were also attended by Luzavec's deputy,
Dominik Filipovic, the head of the HPT Managing Board, Ivica
Mudrinic, HPT General Director Mato Perak, a Managing Board
member, Zvonimir Zebec and Labour and Social Welfare Deputy
Minister, Luka Krznaric.
