At about 7.20 a.m. a queue of vehicles stopped in front of the
police precinct in Vogosca, where a number of international
policemen, headed by commissioner Peter Fitzgerald had already been
deployed.
Bosnian Serb municipal mayor Rajko Koprivica, who also
appeared on the spot, said that Serb civilian structures would
continue to function until March 19 (Dayton deadline for the
reversal).
Serb civilians, currently residing in the suburb, would be
leaving by the time, Koprivica added.
No exact number of current Vogosca dwellers is known at the
moment. The international police force representatives believe
there might be some 2-3,000 people there.
The entrance of the Bosnian federal police went on without
incidents, but heavily armed IFOR Italian troops were visible at
every step.
