CROATIAN PRESIDENT RETURNS FROM ROME

ZAGREB, Feb 18 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Sunday afternoon returned from Rome where he had participated in a two-day summit on the implementation of the Dayton peace agreement in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Asked by reporters at Zagreb airport whether the Rome meeting resolved the basic problems, including Mostar and the Croat-Moslem federation, Tudjman said that progress was achieved in "clearing up misundarstandings and crisis situations caused by those who want to compromise the Dayton accords, including some European circles."
