The "Oslobodjenje"'s correspondent in Mostar reports that very
few genuine Mostar Croats could be found among those who
demonstrated outside the EU Administration building on Wednesday.
"Koschnik was attacked by the sworn enemies of the Federation
and by war profiteeres," a bold subtitle says.
"The Daily Avaz" close to the ruling Bosniac-Moslem party,
wonders whether "Zagreb and Belgrade are again acting in
collusion."
"The forces which are eager to see the situation in Sarajevo
and Mostar getting more complicated seem to have found a common
language," the editorialist concludes, suggesting an "energetic US
action" as the remedy.
Unlike the press, the electronic media in Sarajevo have shown
much more restraint. The Bosnian TV has so far offered no comment
on the situation in Mostar.
