Rumanian Prime Minister Nicolae Vacaroiu, heading a
delegation, arrived in Zagreb early on Thursday, for a two-day
visit to Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
After the talks the delegations were expected to sign an
agreement on avoiding double taxation and agreement on cooperation
between two national chambers of commerce.
The Rumanian government delegation included Minister of
Industry Alexandru Stanescu, Transportation Minister Aurel Novac,
state secretary in the Ministry of Finances Dan Mogos, state
secretary in the Ministry of Trade Ion Pargaru, state secretary for
the public relations Nicolae Fruntelata, state secretary in the
Ministry of Development Teodor Gavrila and Rumanian Ambassador to
Croatia Vasile Leca.
The Croatian delegation, led by Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa,
included Minister of Economy Davor Stern, Transportation Minister
Ivica Mudrinic, Minister of Administration Davorin Mlakar, Minister
Branko Mocibob, Deputy Finance Minister Mijo Jukic, Deputy Minister
of Economy Jasna Boric and Croatian Ambassador to Rumania Nikola
Debelic.
