OSIJEK, Jan 22 (Hina) - The steering board of the Croatian Association of Displaced Persons, Monday issued conclusions made at the 19 January session in Zagreb. The Association concluded that serious shortcomings of UN Security

The Displaced Peoples' Association will continually insist on
defining the exact time limits of the UNTAES force, and it will
prepare pilot-programmes for the return in village and towns where
it will be soon possible, according to the conclusions.
The Association protested against the demobilization of troops
of the Croatian Army in still occupied areas, and appealed on
Defence Minister Gojko Susak to undertake adequate measures so that
people would not be demobilized, who were without property and who
have no other financial earnings.
The Association also considered the reconstruction and return
to liberated areas, and said in the conclusions that the ground had
not been cleared of mines, the reconstruction of economy, as a
precondition for the return, had not started and gift loans had not
been granted for the interior decoration of houses.
