in the Usora pocket (northern Bosnia) reflected that "something deep was wrong". Speaking on television during the news broadcast this evening Premier Silajdzic blamed the Croatian side for the deterioration of ties.

concern about the deteriorated relations in the Moslem-Croat
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, caused by a number of recent
incidents, and said that latest developments in the Usora pocket
(northern Bosnia) reflected that "something deep was wrong".
Speaking on television during the news broadcast this evening
Premier Silajdzic blamed the Croatian side for the deterioration of

According to him the problems in Usora followed the behaviour
of HVO troops (Bosnian Croat forces).
"When you enter Bosnia up to Mostar it seems that you are in a
Greater Croatia rather than in Bosnia," Silajdzic said.
Silajdzic added that he personally could not be reconciled to
any project of division of Mostar, and called on EU Administrator
of the city, Hans Koschnik, to resign if he cannot prevent it.
