SARAJEVO, Jan 10 (Hina) - The President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kresimir Zubak, said that political views as regards the establishment of the new federal government had been agreed upon and that the appointment of its
members could be expected at the beginning of the next week.
SARAJEVO, Jan 10 (Hina) - The President of the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kresimir Zubak, said that political views as
regards the establishment of the new federal government had been
agreed upon and that the appointment of its members could be
expected at the beginning of the next week. #L#
Zubak said this at a session of the Constituent Assembly of
the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina which started in Sarajevo
today. He stressed that Croat and Bosniac representatives had
mainly coordinated their duties in the new government. Some names
were already known, he added.
Federation's Vice President Ejup Ganic told representatives at
he session that it had been agreed that Federation's premier would
be Izudin Kapetanovic. Kapetanovic was born in Tuzla in 1954. He is
an electrotechnical engineer and professor at the Tuzla Faculty of
Electrotechnical Engineering. He has been working in the Bosnian
Elektoprivreda since 1994, and is currently director of the Tuzla
Power Distribution Company. He was proposed for the post of prime
minister by the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).
