ZAGREB, Jan 10 (Hina) - Delegations of Croatia, Slovenia,
Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia met in Zagreb on Wednesday
to discuss the issue of succession to the former Yugoslav
federation.
The four countries considered ways of blocking the
accounts of the former Yugoslavia and banning the
registration of real estate in land books after the United
Nations suspended economic sanctions against the Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro).
It was announced that the foreign ministers of
Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia would
soon issue a joint statement with views of the four
countries on the problem of succession to the former
Yugoslavia.
The next meeting would be held within 30 days in the
Macedonian capital of Skopje.
The first meeting took place in the Slovene capital
of Ljubljana in late November last year.
