ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - The Slovene OMV-Istrabenz company opened
its first gas station in Zagreb on Friday.
The new gas station can service 15 customers
simultaneously. It includes a small grocery store and three car-
wash services, of which one is fully automatized.
According to the company's director for Croatia, Robert
Bradic, the annual turnover amounts to 200 million kunas (USD 32
million), while some 14 million kunas were invested in the
project.
OMV-Istrabenz has over 1,000 gas stations in Slovenia,
Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, northern Italy
and Bavaria, Bradic said.
The Zagreb gas station was opened by Croatia's Transport
Minister, Zeljko Luzavec.
