Turek handed over three vehicles for home visits to the
representatives of Vukovar and Beli Manastir health centres. The
health centre in Vukovar also received two ambulances for quick
evacuation of seriously ill patients. The general hospital in
Vukovar received an ambulance.
There is not enough medical equipment in the U.N.
administered area, because it had been destroyed or stolen to a
large part, Turek said.
The head of the general hospital in Vukovar, Vesna Bosanac,
thanked for the prompt and necessary aid on behalf of the Health
Minister.
