Republika Srpska". #L#
The SNV described positively the first results of return of
all refugees and displaced persons, but added that there remained
"numerous obstacles", some of which "negatively discriminated Serbs
in their right to return".
The statement mentioned "the fear of potential returnees about
elementary safety", and pointed out difficulties "before organs of
authority".
The SNV stressed an "unauthorised spending of funds received
from international institutions for the needs of all refugees and
displaced persons".
The SNV Presidency stressed that it was especially important
to improve the "Process of creating an appropriate Serb national
subsystem of education for children and young people" as a part of
the integral Croatian education system.
The SNV announced that due to the importance of these issues,
the Presidency would ask for a "meeting with the Croatian President
and Prime Minister, in line with the Letter of Intentions", the
statement said.
