CRO PREMIER RECEIVES REPS OF CRO CONFECTIONER KRAS, GERMAN BANKERS

GERMAN BANKERS $ ZAGREB, Sept 10 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa on Wednesday received representatives of Munich's Bayerische Vereinsbank and Croatia's leading confectioner, Kras, in connection to an agreement on a syndicated international loan to Kras signed yesterday, the Croatian government's Communications Office said in a statement. Premier Matesa was satisfied with this investing in Croatia's economy. The German bankers pointed out their business interest for investing in other fields of economy and industry. They assessed Croatia as a trustworthy and attractive business partner. Present at today's meeting were also members of the Munich bank's administration, Caspar von Hauenschild, Peter O. Koelle and Eugen Schuba, the German Ambassador to Croatia, Volker Haak, and members of Kras's administration, Boris Marcac and Miljenko Weiss, the Croatian government's statement concluded.
