KORENICA, Sept 4 (Hina) - A group of 36 Serb families with 70
members returned from the Croatian Danube river area to Korenica,
central Croatia, on Thursday morning, being escorted by UNHCR and
European observers. Seventy Serbs came back to Korenica in
organisation of the Croatian Government's office for displaced
people and refugees.
According to Ana Cicak, a local official in charge of the
displaced, during Thursday the Serb returnees, escorted by
workers of the local office for the displaced, will move into
their own houses in the areas of Korenica, Udbina, Lapac, Podum,
Gracac and Zaluznica as well as in parts of Sibenik-Knin County.
