Jarvenppo informed the people present about the conclusion of a
meeting held in Bugojno on 24 August, at which representatives of Moslem
authorities in the town and international community representatives talked
about the return of displaced Croats.
Jarvenppo relayed the conclusion of the meeting that displaced
Croats should unconditionally return to all empty houses in the Bugojno
municipality, notwithstanding the degree of damage to the houses, and in
line with an agreement reached on the level of the county and the Bosnian
Federation.
President of the Bugojno municipal committee of the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ), Ante Mustapic, spoke on behalf of the Croat
residents of the municipality, expressing dissatisfaction about the fact that
an agreement had been reached at the meeting about the return of
displaced Croats to Bugojno, but not in the presence of the displaced
Croats.
He added that he had learnt about the invitation of Bugojno
municipality president Dzevad Mlaco to Croats to return to the town from the
media.
