ZAGREB, July 4 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic on Friday
received a delegation of the lower house of the Indian Parliament,
headed by Speaker Purno Agitok Sangmu, the Foreign Ministry said in a
statement.
Granic informed the guests about Croatia's international position,
emphasising measures the Croatian Government was undertaking to
successfully complete the process of peaceful reintegration of the
Croatian Danube region.
Granic said that Croatia was aware of its very important role in
the peace process in Bosnia-Herzegovina, adding that Croatian foreign
policy priorities included stabilisation of the situation in this part
of Europe, integration into Central European and Euro-Atlantic
institutions, and development of good and friendly relations with all
countries with which Croatia shared political and economic interests.
Describing the bilateral relations as very good, Granic stressed
that there was a lot of room for the development of economic, cultural,
scientific and other forms of cooperation with India.
The two sides stressed the importance of parliamentary cooperation
