A lengthy text, devised by a body called 'board of directors' and
publicised by the Serb radio and television in Pale, accused Biljana
Plavsic of intending to impose temporary administration of 'black
people, Arabs and Mongols'.
The open war of the Serb media in Pale against Plavsic and
international organisations continues despite warnings by the mission of
the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the
Office of the High Representative that such behaviour would not be
tolerated.
OSCE spokesman David Foley said that an OSCE commission of media
experts would present their stand on the problem on Friday.
Spokesman for the Office of the High Representative Bullivant said
that the problem would be solved in a decisive way.
Evidence has been gathered and we have numerous possibilities at
our disposal, but it would be wrong to say anything about them at this
moment, Bullivant said.
We will not allow a TV station like this one to threaten the Dayton
peace process, Bullivant said.
