SARAJEVO, July 5 (Hina) - Members of the Bosnian Serb government on Saturday refused the invitation of Republika Srpska President Biljana Plavsic to come to Banja Luka to hold a government session under her chairmanship.

President of the dissolved Parliament of the Serb entity, Dragan
Kalinic, informed the members of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS) and
Radical Party that government members gad decided not to travel to Banja
Luka "because of duties towards the assembly which is in constant
session".
SDS members accused Plavsic on Saturday of intending to dissolve
the government and establish a national salvation government, and called
it an attempt of coup d'etat.
