CROATIAN, CHINESE OIL COMPANIES SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT

ZAGREB, June 11 (Hina) - The Croatian oil company INA's general director Davor Stern and president of the Chinese "Sinochem-group", Zheng Dunxun, signed an agreement on business cooperation in Zagreb on Wednesday. The agreement envisages a joint appearance of the two companies in Russia. Stern pointed out the annual purchase of 2.5 million tons of oil until the year 2000. Answering a reporter's question, Stern confirmed that the cooperation included services in the refining of oil in Croatian refineries and joint sale of oil products on markets of neighbouring countries.
