in northern Bosnia on Thursday.

The soldiers unintentionally activated a mine during the mine-
disposal operation which was one of 16 being conducted all over Bosnia-
Herzegovina that day.
Riley said NATO members had on Thursday removed two illegal police
check-points near Mrkonjic Grad and on the outskirts of Sarajevo.
He stressed SFOR would continue to remove police check-points with
the aim of ensuring full freedom of movement in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
