+said the bill regulated marriage and legal relations in marriage, +relations between parents and children, adoption, foster care, +relations in extra-marital relations and measures by relevant +bodies concerning family relations and foster care.+ The bill contains a new provision that marriage, if so decided by +the registrar, can be concluded outside of official premises, for +which fees would have to be paid by the newly-weds.+ According to the bill, children younger than 16 years of age would +be prohibited from night outings without parental accompaniment.+hina) lml jn+

said the bill regulated marriage and legal relations in marriage,
relations between parents and children, adoption, foster care,
relations in extra-marital relations and measures by relevant
bodies concerning family relations and foster care.
