BOSNIAN FEDERATION OFFICIALS COMMENT ON AGREEMENT ON SPECIAL REL.

SARAJEVO, Nov 18 (Hina) - President of the Federation of Bosnia- Herzegovina Ejup Ganic told Hina Wednesday night that the agreement on special relations between Croatia and the Bosnian Federation could be signed after an analysis of all discussions regarding the issue at Wednesday's session of the Bosnian Federation Assembly House of Representatives. Ganic refused to specify the possible date of the signing, but said he would "take on a stance after analysing today's discussion". Deputy President of the Bosnian Federation, Vladimir Soljic, told Hina he was convinced nothing could jeopardise the signing of the agreement by Croatia and the Bosnian Federation. Soljic held that the date of the signing was a "technical issue", which has to be agreed on by the leaderships of the Republic of Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina. A Bosniak delegation, headed by Ganic, failed to arrive in Zagreb on Monday for the scheduled signing of the initialled agreement of special relations. This is the second time the signing has been postponed because of the failure of the Bosniak side to arrive. (hina) lml
