Orucevic for the first time on Friday.
Ellerkmann announced that both the mayor and his deputy agreed to
his plan on four main tasks for Mostar. The plan entails the
functioning of the city's administration as a whole, a
reconstruction plan for the Old Town, the Boulevard and Santic
streets, the return of refugees and economic revival.

Mayor Prskalo said that Ellerkmann had promised financial aid,
while he himself supported the return of Croats to the suburb of
Bijelo Polje and other parts of eastern Mostar, as well as the
return of Bosniaks (Muslims) and Serbs to their pre-war homes.
Deputy Mayor Orucevic reported that 123 Croat houses in Bijelo
Polje had been vacated and could immediately accommodate
returnees.
