BOOKLET "FOLLOWING JESUS ON HIS WAY OF THE CROSS" PUBLISHED

( Editorial: --> 5188 ) ZAGREB, Oct 2 (Hina) - Croatian Catholic Radio, in cooperation with the printing house "Markulin - Hrasce", has published a bilingual booklet, entitled "VIA CRUCIS: S Isusom na kriznom putu/ Following Jesus on his way of the cross". The booklet was published on the occasion of Pope John Paul II's second visit to Croatia and the beatification of Cardinal Alojzije Stepinac. The publication contains photos of two cycles of paintings by Zelimir Ivanovic and contemplative texts by Friar Bonaventura Duda. Texts in the Croatian section of the booklet are accompanied by colour photos of paintings of the Way of the Cross while the English translation is accompanied by a separate series of photos of paintings of the Way of the Cross. The 128-page booklet was published on the very day of the Pope's arrival in Zagreb. (hina) jn rml 022154 MET oct 98
