MOSTAR, Sept 15 (Hina) - The Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-
Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) election headquarters on Monday night
released preliminary unofficial results of elections for the Croat
member of the B-H Presidency.
The Bosnian general elections were held on September 12 and 13.
According to the election headquarters, the HDZ BiH candidate Ante
Jelavic has won the largest number of votes (69.98 per cent).
He is followed by Gradimir Gojer, Social Democratic Party of
Bosnia-Herzegovina (SDP BiH) candidate, who won 17.82% of votes and
Kresimir Zubak, the candidate of the coalition of the New Croat
Initiative (NHI) and Croatian Christian Democratic Union (9.85%).
Senka Nozica, Coalition Centre candidate, won 2.08% of votes while
the Bosnian Party candidate Sasa Nisandzic won 0.25% of votes.
The HDZ candidate Jelavic has won the most votes in Western
Herzegovina, Herzegovina-Neretva and Herzeg-Bosnia cantons.
