CROAT PARTIES' OFFICIAL INVITED TO MEETING IN ZAGREB

( Editorial: --> 5150 ) ZAGREB, August 21 (Hina) - Croatian Ambassador to Bosnia- Herzegovina, Darinko Bago, on Friday send out an invitation on behalf of Croatian president Franjo Tuđman, to candidates and representatives of Croat parties in Bosnia-Herzegovina to meet with Croatian state and political leaders. In his invitation Bago emphasises the extreme importance of the upcoming September elections for the future, sovereignty and equality of Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina. "Participation and election results of all Croat parties in these elections will greatly influence the possibilities and scope of their future work and effective protection of Croat people as a constitutional nation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, whose rights are guaranteed not only by the constitution of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, but also by the Washington and Dayton peace accords signed by president Tuđman for the Republic of Croatia", says Blago in his letter and emphasises that the general developments in peace process in Bosnia-Herzegovina and, in this respect, the preparation and holding of the upcoming elections as well, are of strategic importance for the Republic of Croatia. Senior officials of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia- Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) New Croat Initiative (NHI), Croat Christian Democratic Union (HKDU), Republican Party, Social Democratic Party of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bosnian Parties (BOSS), Croat Party of Rights, Croat People's Union and Croat Peasants Party are invited to the meeting scheduled for August 26 in Zagreb.
