PRISTINA, June 12 (Hina) - Two Serb police officers were killed and
one wounded in a village 12km west of Pristina Thursday night, the
pro-government Media Centre in Pristina reported Friday, citing
police sources.
The Kosovo Information Centre reported Serb forces launched
several attacks on the villages of Hamdia and Bivolak.
During the conflicts, one Albanian was wounded and at least two Serb
police officers killed, while one police vehicle was destroyed, the
Kosovo Information Centre said.
Serb forces expanded their field of action during the past night and
surrounded three villages near mount Cicavica.
Fighter planes flew over Pristina and the surrounding area several
times Friday.
