The OVK commander said that the OVK, supported by the local Albanian population, gave strong resistance to the enemy. The largest part of the area of Drenica is free and under OVK's control, the commander said adding Serbian forces suffered great human losses and losses in equipment in the recent fighting, while the OVK had no human losses.
