CRO AMBASSADOR LAYS WREATH FOR TEREZINA VICTIMS

( Editorial: --> 4745 ) ZAGREB, May 18 (Hina) - Croatian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Zoran Piculjan on Sunday laid a wreath in the name of Croatia in Terezina at a commemoration of all victims who during WWII died in the concentration camp and Gestapo jail of that town. Present at the commemoration were representatives of the Czech Government headed by their Foreign Minister Jaroslav Sedivy, president of the Czech Parliament's Senate Petr Pithart, the Czech President's representative Jan Peche as well as numerous ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions of countries which underwent the anti-fascist struggle, said a Croatian Foreign Ministry statement on Monday.
