TRAVNIK, April 22 (Hina) - Two Croats were injured Wednesday when a
bomb exploded in their home in the village of Bukovica near Travnik
(central Bosnia).
The married couple, displaced from the village in 1993, were
cleaning their house when the bomb went off.
They were immediately taken to hospital and doctors said their
lives are out of danger.
Travnik municipal council head Tomislav Rajic, municipal public
prosecutor, county police and the International Police Task Force
(IPTF) investigated the scene.
Rajic expressed suprise at the incident because Bukovica had never
been in the centre of a war zone and there was no reason for mines to
be left in that area.
The married couple, Mara and Marko Lovrinovic, along with 20 other
displaced Croats, have been visiting the village for three days now
to clean their houses.
Except for verbal threats from local Moslems, there have been no
other incidents in the village.
