SARAJEVO, March 18 (Hina) - The head of the Mission of the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in
Bosnia-Herzegovina and head of the Provisional Election
Commission, Robert Barry, on Wednesday announced the Commission's
new composition and confirmed that new regulations for the
implementation of general elections (expected to take place in
September) would be adopted.
At a press conference in Sarajevo Barry said that the current
members of the Provisional Election Commission from Bosnia-
Herzegovina, that is, its entities, would remain in the
Commission.
Three new members - a Croat, a Bosniak and a Serb - would be elected
to the Commission, he added.
Asked whether rules for the implementation of elections would be
changed by the next elections, Barry said this was certain, but the
rules would not be changed completely.
