MOSTAR CITY COUNCIL ADOPTS RULES OF PROCEDURE

( Editorial: --> 9380 ) MOSTAR, March 13 (Hina) - At a session held on Friday the Mostar City Council adopted the rules of procedure, thus creating conditions for the Provisional Election Commission and its chairman Robert Barry to confirm the Council. The local elections in Mostar were held six months ago - on 13 and 14 September last year. Following today's session of the City Council, the head of the OSCE office in Mostar, David Foley, said that he would recommend the confirmation of election results in Mostar to the Provisional Election Commission.
