ZAGREB, March 9 (Hina)- Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo
Sanader on Monday left for Italy, where he will meet his colleague,
Piero Fassino to discuss bilateral relations and the situation in
the region, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Sanader and Fassino will meet on Tuesday to review the
possibilities of intensifying bilateral relations. Also to be
discussed are preparations for President Tudjman's visit to Italy,
the statement said.
The two deputy ministers will also discuss the continuation of the
successful cooperation on a multilateral level, the current state
of Croatia's relations with the European Union, the peace process
in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the situation in Kosovo.
