ZAGREB, Feb 21 (Hina) - The Government Office for Relations with the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and
other international organisations organised the presentation of
the military exercise "Dynamic Response" in the Croatian
Government offices in Zagreb on Saturday.
"Dynamic Response" will be held on the territory of Bosnia-
Herzegovina from 23 March to 9 April this year.
The presentation was attended by the members of the Croatian
Defence Ministry, Interior Ministry, Ministry of Maritime Affairs,
Traffic and Communications, and Foreign and Finance Ministries.
The presentation was conducted by the head of the Stabilisation
Force (SFOR) support command in Croatia, General John Milne.
The aim of the exercise is to train strategic reserve forces in
supporting SFOR for the sake of demonstrating the commitment of the
international community to the Dayton agreement.
The exercise will include some 2,300 troops from the United States,
Italy, the Netherlands, Turkey, Poland and Romania.
Operations on the Croatian territory will consist exclusively of
transport of troops and equipment via sea, air and roads.
